The pulleys are manufactured from aircraft quality, heat-treated billet aluminum and black hardcoat-anodized for improved durability. They take about 30 minutes to install and require no other modifications to your engine.
A shorter drive belt is usually required. For an LT1 car using the crank and alternator pulley with a 124-amp alternator use Dayco 595K6 or equivalent. For the 140-amp alternator, use Dayco 610K6 or equivalent.
