The engineers at SLP have just created a shift improvement module for vehicles equipped with the 4L60E transmission. This module is designed to improve the performance by firming up the shift points, but not to the point of being objectionable. It does not change the RPM at which the shift occurs, it just changes the firmness at which the next gear is engaged. Installation is simple and straightforward, but does require cutting the vehicle wiring harness and splicing this module into the harness. Detailed instructions are included.
